  • INSTRUCTORS
    Joshua Boxsell
    Physical Trainer -
    3 years experience as a Physical Training Instructor - Army. Inclusive of strength and conditioning, Energetics training, stretching and mobility training, group training of up to 120 individuals and 60 low fit individuals in pre-conditioning programs and re-conditioning post rehabilitation.

    Current responsibility is managing a facility that trains up to 300 individuals full time and also conducting the Sydney Walking Group sessions.
